This page will help you understand Chubby's shipping process and how we go about calculating shipping cost for each sausage order you place. Chubby's works hard to provide the shipping methods with the lowest cost and highest quality to all of our customers.

When Chubby's prepares your shipment of sausage (German or Old Fashioned), we make sure to use plenty of dry ice. We package our sausage in a reusable, insulated cooler - a packaging combination that will ensure your sausage will arrive frozen and in the condition expected. This also allows us to get your sausage to you when you want it! As you will notice on our shopping page, when you place your order, you will have the option to select the delivery method (standard, expedited or overnight) that works best for you. Details of shipping methods and rates are listed below.

Our shipping and handling rates are based on the following delivery options (Note: All orders placed after 11am (central time) will ship the following business day):

Standard Shipping - Your package will arrive in 5-7 business days or less from the day we receive your order. Please review the shipping and handling rate schedule below.

Expedited Shipping - Your package will arrive in 2-3 business days. There is an additional charge for this service. Please review the shipping and handling rate schedule below. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (central time) on Wednesday will arrive the following week.

Standard Overnight Delivery - Order by 9:00 a.m. (Central Time) weekdays and your package will arrive by the next business afternoon. Overnight Delivery is available Monday through Friday for delivery Tuesday through Saturday. There is an additional charge for this service. Saturday Overnight....... additional charge per unit ($1.00); additional charge per case ($24.00)

Note: We charge a shipping charge for each delivery address. For us to guarantee delivery, we MUST have a proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
